Owner Scott McGuire has been renting his Sun River, Oregon vacation rental (VRBO#19056) for seven years, but since adding what he calls a “narrated montage” to his listing, he says he has seen his business revenue jump 15%. Pleased with the results, Scott started a company called Vacation Rental Videos Now to make videos for other owners. In this podcast, Scott explains how his professional photo montage slideshows differ from other types of promotional videos for vacation rentals, and provides some tips for owners interested in creating a YouTube video that provides results.
