    I'd love to hear your advice on setting/approving rates when you have a management company. They try to determine best rates for your place but an owner really needs to get involved sometimes.
    We step in and adjust as needed based on: current rentals, economy, etc and have sometimes increased or decreased what they give us. Sometime I decrease it slightly based on getting the published rate below the next $100 so it is perceived to be cheaper.
